Handmade filled chocolate pralines and bonbons, crafted in Accra from Ghanaian cocoa and shaped by the fine chocolate techniques Lucy learned in Vienna.
Lucy learned fine chocolate making in Vienna, Austria. Today, in Accra, she brings that craft to the source — working with Ghanaian cocoa to create chocolates by hand.
Made in small batches, each collection reflects a hands-on attention to texture, finish and flavour. The result is personal, elegant and unmistakably handmade: a box made for tasting, sharing and gifting.
Both terms fit Lucy's chocolates. In European chocolate culture, pralines is often used for bite-sized filled chocolates; professional chocolatiers also commonly call these moulded bonbons. Here, we use both — with “filled chocolate pralines” carrying Lucy's Viennese story and “bonbons” describing the craft.

Lucy's chocolates are formed in individual moulds and made as assorted collections. Distinct shapes, finishes and centres turn a box into a tasting experience — one piece at a time.
